Your return flight is not as planned? Weather conditions or strike confuses the planned departure? Your parking is extended without additional parking fees until 24 hours after planned arrival back at the airport.
You must cancel your trip early and return before the scheduled departure date. We only charge the period actually claimed and refund the additional parking fees paid.
Whether a flat tire a dead battery or other problems at the start in the journey home: We are at your side wand happy to help you.
Your flight will be canceled after parking your vehicle with us and driving to the airport on our shuttle bus. We will pick you up from the airport and refund the parking fees for the unused period.
When booking the all-round protection package for our shuttle-parking, you can cancel up to the last minute and do not have to adhere to the 24-hour cancellation period. There are no parking fees for you in case of cancellation, because we will refund the amount minus the fee for the All-Inclusive Protection Package. No matter if you cancel up to 24h before arrival* or later, you will always get your paid parking fee back. (*If you cancel before the 24h cancellation deadline, you will receive 100% of your payment amount as credit for your next booking). For the valet parking we plan an extra driver for you. So we can offer you a cancellation period of 24 hours until your arrival for this parking experience.
You receive short-term flight changes and need to change your parking reservation or your flight times? With our all-round protection package you`re still flexible and can make changes right up to the last minute.
Holiday without worries! Simply choose the all-inclusive package and book it in the booking form under additional services.
