How does the pick-up work out?

On the day of your return journey, you and your fellow travellers will go to the agreed meeting point at the Terminal at Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The meeting point on departure is the same as the one where the driver left you at the airport on arrival. Our shuttle bus will be waiting to take you back to your parked car.

If you don’t see a shuttle bus, please mark yourself as ready for pickup in the app or call the shuttle hotline number provided in your booking confirmation.
You will be picked up as quickly as possible – we won’t leave you waiting!
