Identification

General identification

As a rule, it is not necessary for our customers to identify themselves on arrival or departure. Our customers keep their car keys after parking and therefore no identification by ID or passport is necessary.

Authorised collection

However, if another person collects the vehicle on your behalf, identification is required. In this case, we will ask for an ID card to ensure that your vehicle is handed over to the right person.

Key deposit

Customers who have selected the key storage service as an upgrade hand over their key at THE IRON CUBE or, depending on the selected additional service, personally at the counter. The key is also returned to them in the same way. This ensures that only the authorized customer has access to the vehicle key.
